Well Court Hall—

Well Court Hall

The Well Court development was commissioned in the 1880’s by Sir John Findlay of the Scotsman newspaper and was designed by architect Sydney Mitchell as social housing for artisans and tradesmen. Nestled into a valley along the Water of Leith the hall was designed as a community space for recreation and more recently used as an office. The iconic A Listed property is now being radically yet sensitively transformed into a luxury 3 bedroom apartment and is due for completion in December 2015.
